Fundraising - Team Golden Pants!
We would like to say a massive thank you to our 31 runners for raising funds and awareness for Prostate UK through the London Bupa 10k on bank holiday Monday on 25 May.
The team posed in our crazy golden pants, with many of them keeping them on to complete the course which snaked around the famous landmarks of central London. They well and truly spread the word with a mention on the race coverage on Channel 5 and lots of comments from the public.
£10,000 has been raised and we’d like to say a special thank you to Michael Taplin, a prostate cancer survivor, who raised £2,650. We have places in the London Marathon and Bupa 10k next year. To join Team Golden Pants please call Kerry on 020 8394 7969.
